Michelle Baker is a Mentor specializing in personal growth and self inquiry, a Breathwork Facilitator, Yoga Instructor and Reiki Master.

While charting the waters of her own healing journey Michelle has had the honor of studying and working alongside some of the world’s leading teachers. Their offerings and her studentship to life’s continuous lessons continue to be the foundational building blocks to who she is and how she shows up in the world as a human and as a steady source of support.

Michelle doesn’t believe in the ability to heal others, rather that you are your own innate healer. She works with people all over the world in one-on-one and group settings creating a welcoming and memorable environment for you to heal and connect while inviting you to explore your internal landscape, welcome your shadows, and reawaken to your authentic, wholesome self.

Sweden is her home base, but New York is her first home and where she began her journey into mindfulness and holistic living. She offers private Breathwork and Reiki sessions, group workshops, retreats and trainings.

She is the co-creator of The Immersion, hosting retreats and trainings throughout the world.

The heart is said to be the Empress of the body and the portal to our innate truth. She is our forever internal physician who often takes on more than she can bear and needs more support and than she dares to request. In this gathering we’ll reconnect to the organ of the heart, your heart, to clean, clear, and release stored and stagnant energy with the assistance of your Breath.


About this style of Breathwork 

This style of Breathwork allows you to feel where your blocks reside and actively move through them, creating a pathway for an emotional detox and a feeling of being deeply connected to your body. 

Much like our brain can store memories, every time we experience traumas or don’t feel held or safe enough to move through emotions, they become imprinted on our muscles and our nervous system.

This active meditation technique allows you to develop a relationship with your breath and connect you with your home frequency and your body to clear stagnant energy while helping facilitate a release of strong emotions and liberate mental patterns and limited beliefs.

It's a healing modality that enables you to take better care of yourself and access your intuition and creativity in profound ways while encouraging your heart to open to honest self love, self healing and self acceptance. It has been the most transformational tool on my healing journey.

 Restoring Your Nervous System

During this 60-minute class we’ll focus on building a deeper connection and awareness between you and your body — between you and you — by way of Pranayama and Yoga Nidra. Our Pranayama practice will consist of a gentle technique that will help you create a more refined relationship with the breath and bring balance to the hemispheres of your brain, while the practice of Yoga Nidra will take that experience deeper, helping you to reconnect with both your physical and more subtle bodies through the guidance of my voice. If you’re new to this type of deep restoration, I promise you'll be supported the entire way through. All bodies are welcome. No prior experience is needed.
