B = Beginner - For those of you who?ve just tried yoga a few times. You get basic instructions and an opportunity to learn yoga from the ground up.

A = All levels - Both experienced practitioners and beginners can participate in this class. The teacher offers alternativs during the class.

X = Experienced - Deepen your technique and skills in areas such as asana, pranayama, philosophy, alignment and perhaps assisting.
